3rd International symposium on cities of tomorrow
CEPESS organise the 3rd edition of its international symposium on cities and urban innovation in the 21st century. The symposium will be dedicated to the Jan GEHL vision of cities for people. Mobility, health, accessibility and conviviality are the main issues that will be discussed during the meeting.

Seminar : "Urban metamorphosis and the circular economy"
As part of its ‘Masters in Real Estate’ programme, Antwerp Management School / Antwerp University and their partners Urban Land Institute (ULI), RICS and UPSI, are organising a seminar on urban metamorphosis and the circular economy. This will be held on the evening of November 23rd and is for members of the course only.
Subjects also include Location Decisions of Multinationals – Which Corporate and Socio-economic Factors Matter, and there will be a debate with Flanders Bouwmeester Leo Van Broeck. The keynote speaker on the circular economy is to be architect Thomas Rau.

Mandatory Energy Label C Offices 2017
Office buildings must carry minimum energy label C from 1 January 2023, or they will be closed. Banks are taking part in this government sustainability move; ING will only finance office premises that comply with the green label conditions from 2018.
How do you, as a property owner, take this necessary transition as effectively and cost-effectively as possible? The RVO recommends clear 'No Regret' measures. During this study day you will get a concrete overview of the steps to be taken.

The Facility Nights are a series of informal seminars and a meeting forum for anyone who has a close relationship with Facility Management. Twice a year, KI’ communications selects an interesting, facilitated, linked theme and brings selected speakers a fascinating, easy-to-use story. The objectives are twofold: on the one hand, confronting the participants with professional cases in the hope that new insights are gained, or that their own visions will be tested against the speakers' statements.
