Brussels: Real Estate, Climate Emergency
Editions & Séminaires (Laurence de Hemptinne) has announced its next seminar. This is entitled Bruxelles: Immobilier, Urgence Climatique’ and will be held in Brussels on Wednesday October 9th.
Among topics to be discussed are the proposal to eliminate 65,000 parking spaces in the Region and the possible economic and real estate impact of this. The emerging trends of co-working and co-living will also be dealt with, along with prospects for the North district, the redevelopment of the CCN and much more.
For this latest major event, Editions & Séminaires has attracted some substantial participants, including the Brussels Capital Region’s minister President Rudi Vervoort, several ministers, and many players from the private domain. The presentations will take the form of a round table, an interview and classic presentations. Pro-real estate.be will be present and will publish a report following the seminar.

Circulair Real Estate 2019
Following the success of the 2019 edition, Management Producties has announced that its ‘Circulair Real Estate’ event will take place again this year, on November 7th in Antwerp. The event is designed to enable networking, and to highlight the growing opportunities for investment in circular real estate. Management Producties says that interesting innovations are becoming affordable as demand for increasing sustainability grows.
Speakers to have already confirmed their presence include Luc Binst, CEO, Binst Architecture, Frank Vanhove, Head of BMP-PMC and Managing Director Benelux, Foamglas, Bram Peters of Tervuren commune, Tim Ost, Project Engineer Sustainable Design, VK Group and Michel De Paepe, a technical professor at Ghent University.
