Female move at Atenor

Nadine Lemaître brings high level skills to the board of Atenor
Nadine Lemaître brings high level skills to the board of Atenor

Much in the news over recent times for its headline developments in Brussels (UP-site, Victor…) Atenor has announced a new addition to its board. The annual general meeting held a few days ago, as well as announcing a dividend of € 2,00 gross per share, agreed to appoint Nadine Lemaître to the position of independent administrator. Her previous roles have included President of the GDF Suez University in Paris, and professor in Human Resources at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.

Apart from her clear qualifications in terms of expertise, Nadine Lemaître also represents a positive and deliberate move to include a female on the board of Atenor. She is a member of an organisation called ‘Women on Board’ whose objective is perfectly described by its name. Atenor CEO Stéphan Sonneville explained that the organisation had supplied the company with information which led it to be able to make this high level female appointment, and underlined the professional skills – particularly in the domain of strategic human resources management – that she would bring. Women on Board also declares itself delighted that one of its 52 members has now been appointed to the board of a quoted Belgian company, and believes more will follow.
