High rise mixed use project for Wavre

A major new mixed use project is set to be constructed in Wavre, around 650 m from the city centre. Designed by Archi 2000 (Philippe Verdussen), ‘Etoile’ will be located on the site of the Ancienne Vinaigrerie.

Amost 95 metres high, the project currently schedules a restaurant, fitness room and a swimming pool on the ground floor, multi-purpose areas on the next three floors, and a 204-room hotel from floors 4 to 16. Floors 17 to 20 will be occupied by 15 apartments and an events area tops off the building (21 and 22). Underground parking is also included.

The works schedule is not yet known, but Archi 2000 lodged a permit request with the relevant authorities on December 7th.
