Jaarlijks komen er meer dan 2,5 miljoen cliënten op belangrijke momenten in hun leven over de vloer bij de notariskantoren. Ze krijgen er onafhankelijk advies op maat om in alle vertrouwen te gaan samenleven, een woning te kopen, een eigen zaak te starten of een erfenis voor te bereiden.
Het netwerk van 1.150 kantoren telt 1.550 notarissen en 8.500 medewerkers. Samen verwerken ze ruim 900.000 akten per jaar. Fednot ondersteunt de kantoren met juridisch advies, management, ICT-oplossingen, vorming en informatie voor het grote publiek.

Chaque année, 2,5 millions de clients franchissent la porte d’une étude notariale lors de moments-clés de leur vie. Ils y reçoivent des conseils indépendants sur mesure qui leur permettent de réaliser en toute confiance des projets tels que cohabiter, vendre une habitation, créer une société ou planifier une succession.
Le réseau de 1.150 études réunit 1.550 notaires et 8.000 collaborateurs. Ensemble, ils traitent 900.000 actes par an. Fednot soutient les études en matière d’avis juridiques, de management, de solutions informatiques, de formations et d’information vers le grand public.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Real Estate project team. As Product Manager, you’re responsible for capturing business requirements and delivering a solution that meets these requirements, and, bottom-line, that enables end-users managing their day-to-day work in the most efficient and easy way.

Your Tasks

As Product Manager, you will :
  • Capture business demands (from FEDNOT stakeholders and notaries) and translates them into prioritized releases and sprints (QBR mechanism)
  • Together with Development Team, Maintain and prioritize business, product and tech backlogs and groups them into prioritized releases and sprints (QBR mechanism)
  • Prepare quarterly business and delivery plan for prioritization by management via QBR and ensure reporting of results to management.
  • Ensure validation of product releases via demos and users acceptance tests and prepares the roll-out (training, collaboration with Marcom, etc…)
  • Capture customer feedback and product performance and translate them into Product or Process evolution recommendations, …
Your Skills, Knowledge & attitude…
  • Good IT environment acumen, good legal environment acumen;
  • Team leading skills / Be a good people manager;
  • Master degree in a related field or equivalent by experience;
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development in the services or Real Estate or the ICT solutions industry ;
  • Excellent communicator and influencer, highly analytical ;
  • Very good FR & NL (customers are NL & FR) – written EN.
