Immobel has a busy first half

Immobel has been giving some details of the projects it is involved in at the current time. The company says that during the first half of 2017, a series of 7 large residential projects totalling 154,200 m²) has been launched.

These are Ernest the Park, Greenhill Park, Universalis Park and Parc Seny in Brussels, O’Sea at Ostend just in front of the local football club’s refurbished stadium, Infinity on the Kirchberg Plateau in Luxembourg and Granary Island in Poland.

Along with these, Immobel has seen the acceptance and rental of the ING Luxembourg head office (Galerie Kons) and the sale to AXA, this operation being finalised in March. And the Landbanking department has sold 139 lots and residential units for a turnover of 11.9 million Euros since the beginning of the year and remains in line with the objectives set.

All of this was detailed within the context of the first half results. These are slightly lower than last year, but satisfactory and in line with expectations, and the company says its ongoing efforts will continue to bear fruit.
