Development & Real Estate Manager



As a Development & Real Estate Manager, the following tasks will be part of your responsibilities:
Analysis and management of the Belgian, French and Luxemburg market
  • Analysis of new projects
  • Analysis of price levels on the market
Commercial/retail lease follow-up
  • Administrative follow-up of lease contracts
  • Registration of data in the database
  • Legal follow up of contracts (duration, renewal of lease contracts…)
  • Control and follow-up of costs linked to the stores (rent, property tax, common expenses, indexation, invoices…)
  • Follow-up of finances, insurances and indexation
  • Management of incoming and outgoing mails and letters
Thanks to your commercial, strategic and analytic spirit, you will also be responsible for:
  • Negotiations of leases (new, renewal and amendments)
  • Preparing thresholds
  • Analysis of results for each store
Profile
  • Thanks to your previous successful experiences, you are familiar with the real estate domain in a retail environment
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French, both orally and in writing
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office suite and Gmail
  • You have experience with negotiating, problem solving and networking
  • You have a high level of responsibility, you respect deadlines and procedures. On top of this, you also have a great attention to detail
  • You are flexible and available
