Time for a break

As is the case each year, pro-realestate.be will be taking a break from now until August 25th. However, while we are all (possibly) getting some sun, we will still be keeping a close eye on what is happening in our marketplace, and we will bring you the important news as soon as we are all back behind our desks.

As the summer gets into swing, there are a number of topics which continue to occupy our minds. Two of them are in the same place – the Heysel plateau to the north of the city. Will the announced start of works on Neo lead to more action than it did for nearby Uplace? And is there any chance of having a football stadium in time for the European Championships?

The take-up markets are in reasonable if not spectacular health, and investment is continuing to flow in. Let’s see what the new working year brings.

Have a good holiday, and on the day we write these words (which is the day after the photo was taken!), if you are taking these holidays in Belgium, don’t forget an umbrella…
