A.S. Adventure and Juttu to replace Marks & Spencer

There is now more concrete news on the future of the Marks & Spencer site on the Toison d’Or in Brussels. A.S.Adventure and Juttu are to open a first store combining their two concepts in this unit, advised by the Retail team of CBRE Belgium. The closure of the Marks & Spencer store is scheduled for the end of September 2017.

This is expected to become the international flagship store for both concepts.
Sébastien Vander Steene, Head of Retail BeLux at CBRE, comments: “Following the withdrawal of the Marks & Spencer brand from the Belgian landscape and the cancellation of the lease of its only national store, CBRE has found a commercial space meeting the expectations of the A.S.Adventure and Juttu brands, which really wanted to settle in a busy commercial street in the uptown”.

Offering a total surface area of more than 5,500 m² spread over 3 floors, including more than 1,500 m² on the ground floor, this flagship store will bring together the two concepts A.S.Adventure and Juttu under the same roof, making this a unique concept in Belgium.
A.S.Adventure is a brand of sport and leisure articles dedicated to outdoor activities. Juttu is a chain of concept stores focused on clothing, decoration and culinary products.

The store opening is planned for the end of the first quarter of 2018.
