New appointment in Occupier Services at Colliers

As the notion of occupier services becomes increasingly important in the whole domain of office occupancy, Colliers International has announced that Annick Vandenbulcke has been appointed to the position of Head of Occupier Services in Belgium, effective 1st December 2017. Annick succeeds Pierre-Gilles Solvit, who, after four years managing Colliers International in Belgium, will return to Colliers International in France to take up a new challenge as Directeur Pôle Projets.

Annick has held various positions within Colliers International since joining the company in 1998 and is a specialist in workplace consulting. Since 2012, she has held the position of Director of Operations and became a Director of Design & Build in 2013.

Colliers International in Belgium consists of 40 industry experts across two offices in Brussels. The service offering includes Project Management, Work Space Strategy, Design & Build, Tenant & Owner, Representation, Corporate Real Estate and Capital Markets and continues to grow. The integration of these services and the ability to accompany clients end-to-end in their real estate projects is one of the most important pillars in its strategic growth plans.
