Senior appointments at CBRE

CBRE Belgium has announced two senior appointments. Friedel Laperre and Alexander Kortleve have been named as Senior Directors within the Investor Leasing team, and as such will now be part of CBRE Belgium’s Management Committee.

Friedel Laperre has more than 17 years of working experience as a real estate consultant and has been working at CBRE for more than 8 years. Friedel will also be nominated co-head of the Investor Leasing department in Brussels alongside Jean-Michel Meersseman.

Alexander Kortleve has more than 12 years of working experience in the real estate sector and joined CBRE 4 years ago to start the new Investor Leasing department in Flanders. Alexander will also be nominated head of the Investor Leasing department in Flanders.

Maxime Kumpen, Chief Executive Officer of CBRE Belgium & Luxembourg, comments: “I am very pleased to welcome Friedel and Alexander aboard the Senior Directors’ Committee. Both of them are very much appreciated by our clients and as such will contribute a lot to the future growth of CBRE Belgium.”
The Investor Leasing department currently numbers 15 people, with responsibilities spread over the entire country.
