Rapid letting of Brixius business park

Brixius Business Park, a new business park destined for small and medium enterprises, is already entirely pre-let even before construction works start in September of this year.

Located in Meise, just to the north of Brussels, and visible from the A12, the site is the former Lotus Bakeries factory, acquired by developer Resolve. Tecro and Krea then drew up the masterplan for the business park and Verelst is charged with the construction.
Brixius Business Park will comprise 17 units with contemporary architecture and up to the minute in terms of new techniques, energy efficiency and flexibility.

Along with the units for SME’s, one larger unit of around 1,850 m² is let to sanitary equipment supplier Geberit. This includes a storage area, a showroom and an underground car park.

Commenting on the ultra-rapid letting, Stefan De Pauw, Associate Director at JLL (responsible for marketing the park) said: “The speed with which all the units of Brixius Business Park were taken up once more shows the strong demand that exists from SME’s for well-located units of 150-300 m²”.
