Just over two weeks before the opening of the new look Realty, organisers Easyfairs have confirmed the programme for the two day event. This year, Realty has moved from its traditional home at Tour & Taxis to a new venue – the Casino at Knokke-Heist on the Belgian coast, and it features a new approach.

Along with the exhibitors’ stands, there will be a full range of conferences/seminars over the two days of September 19th and 20th. Starting at 8.30 a.m. on both days, there are some 16 such events scheduled. These include issues currently affecting the real estate markets across Belgium and the rest of the world, including: PropTech, the boom in niche markets, new mobility as a game changer, co-working, smart cities…

The ticket numbers and exhibitor numbers have been restricted this year, but it is still possible to contact the organisers for more information. Pro-realestate.br will be present to report on the fair and on some of the hot topics discussed.
