The Spryg Real Estate Academy has announced the line-up for its latest event, (Brussels Real Estate 2020) to take place at the IBGE conference centre in Brussels on Thursday January 30th.

The seminar will look at developments within the Brussels real estate world and will be moderated by Adel Yahia of Immobel. Speaking for the Brussels Region government will be Planning and Development Minister Pascal Smet and Environment Minister Alain Maron. Remaining in the public domain, Christophe Soil, Director General of Perspective.Brussels will outline developments around the Rue de la Loi and the West Railway station, while SNCB Head of Innovation Koen Van Lancker and Real Estate Manager Sarina Wolfs will also broach the West Station, along with the South Station.

From the private domain, Erik Verbruggen of JLL will look at the Brussels office market, while BPI CEO Jacques Lefèvre will talk about the Key West project. Gerard MacCreanor of architects MacCreanor Lavington will present reconversion projects such as Lebeau. This presentation will be in English, while the others are in Dutch.
