The future Red Cross coordination centre to be constructed in Namur

In 2023, the Red Cross will relocate part of its troops to Namur, on the Boulevard Ernest Mélot, a stone’s throw from the station. This future coordination centre will be installed in a brand new building. Three of the departments, currently spread between Brussels and Wallonia, will thus be brought together: the coordination of operational activities in aid, social assistance, training in first aid and international aid; the service for assisting asylum seekers and the Red Cross organisation's support services (accountancy, IT, HR and Communication)

Following the removal, the building currently occupied by the Red Cross on the Rue de Stalle in Uccle (Brussels) will be put up for sale.
