The twin Möbius towers, rising to almost 100 metres in height over the Brussels skyline, are further examples of the new stimulus and redevelopment being seen in the North District of Brussels. The innovative architecture of these passive buildings is the work of Assar Architects.

Some 1,200 members of the staff of Allianz moved into the first Möbius tower in the middle of March - 25,000 m² of offices certified ‘BREEAM Excellent. In the coming days we will publish an illustrated report about the move of the Allianz headquarters from Debrouckère to the Möbius Tower. A co-interview of Renaud Fayt, Program and Project Manager at Allianz and Filip Vandeputte, Senior Project Manager at Colliers Belgium. Allianz mandated Colliers for the space concept and fit out of their new offices according to the ‘activity-based working’ principles.
For Allianz this move has been a real opportunity for a company cultural change.

The construction of the second tower is nearing completion. Interbuild, mandated by developer Immobel and investor Fidentia real estate, is undertaking the works.
