Trinova enters Belgium with Besix HQ acquisition

Trinova Real Estate, a property investment, asset and development management business with offices in London and Stockholm, has completed its first Belgian deal with the €15m acquisition of the global headquarters of Besix, located at 100 Avenue des Communautés, Brussels.

Avenue des Communautés 100 was completed in 1997 and has been recently refurbished. It is leased to BESIX until 2026. It is a highly visible building, right at the top of the Avenue Marcel Thiry. It is also virtually opposite the Cora at the Woluwe St. Lambert/Evere border, and just a couple of hundred metres from the access point to the E40, which, among others, puts the airport within ten minutes drive or so.

Edmund Costello, Partner at Trinova, explains: “We continue to target real estate where we believe the fundamentals of the market are attractive, and as such are delighted to be acquiring a high-quality building with a very secure tenant in Besix. We look forward to completing further projects in Belgium imminently and on an ongoing basis, in addition to continuing our multiple UK strategies”.

Trinova was advised by CBRE.
