Immobel acquisition in Luxembourg

The summer period is always quiet on the real estate front, but there is one transaction of note to report, across the border in Luxembourg. Immobel Luxembourg has acquired Thomas S.A., owner of the administrative building located at 1 rue Thomas Edison in Strassen. Situated in a neighbourhood currently undergoing complete redevelopment, the building benefits from excellent visibility and immediate proximity to Route d’Arlon. The property compromises 5,700m² of GLA and is 90% leased to LIH (Luxembourg Institute of Health), BOS (Business Office services)and Patiente Vertriedung.
Through this acquisition, Immobel Luxembourg is further demonstrating its desire and its capacity to invest in diversified projects in the interest of extending the lifecycle of its portfolio, positioning itself as a versatile player in the chain of real estate operation in Luxembourg.
