Antwerp Real Estate 2020
Antwerp Real Estate 2020 is to investigate whether the health crisis of this year is going to lead to a fundamental change in our relationship with our real estate. Are we seeing a shift from physical to digital real estate? Do we have new expectations from our housing, is the whole sector moving away from physical contact between people?

To enable these questions to be analysed, the congress itself is making some changes. In what the organizers call a ‘corona-proof live studio’, experts will shed light on the future of real estate and on the added value and role of technology in all this. Among speakers will be CBRE CEO Maxime Kumpen, who will look at the consequences of the growing emergence of these trends. Raphael Bochner of start-up SweepBright will talk of how working with new technologies and platforms can lead to a doubling of efficiency. The congress will be facilitated by VRT journalist Michaël Van Droogenbroeck.
