FUNCTION :
The Center Manager is in charge for organizing and coordinating the daily management of the Center and is accountable for creating and developing the business plans required for the long-term sustainability of the business. He/She ensures that the Center operates probability and in an ethical manner in order to fulfill the objectives of its shareholders and staff. Besides that, The Mission of the Center Manager is to design and develop the strategic plan for the Center, implement it in the most time efficient and cost-effective manner.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • To ensure the effective daily management
  • Manage the teams of the daily on-site services and ensure perfect service
  • To make recommendations to the Head of Retail and Portfolio manager regarding re-engineering, streamlining and risk balancing of the PropertyTo improve the Property in order to achieve its maximum exposure
  • To make recommendations to improve the Property in order to achieve its maximum potential
  • To increase the number of visitors and buyers
  • To report and work in close contact with the Head of Retail
  • Being the face of the shopping center for all stakeholders
  • To build and maintain relationship with tenants and prospective users of the property
  • Being an Ambassador for the scheme of the wider community and communication with townhall, region and other authorities
  • Promoting the new image of the shopping centre
  • Plan, establish, control and coordinate Marketing/Communication Actions and Events
  • Work in close cooperation with the Marketing team
  • To conduct an annual risk and exposure analysis and review of current and potential risks
  • To conduct monthly Performance analysis and review of the property in terms of performance against budgets and relevant industry benchmarks
  • To handle all communication, financial and administrational follow-up for the association of all tenants (asbl/vzw)
  • Work in close cooperation with the Technical team to improve technical level and maintenance
  • Work in close cooperation with the Experience Officer to improve a perfect commercialization and tenant mix
In addition, you take part in the dynamics of the Retail Management department, in particular by playing a supporting role for your colleagues' buildings. You do not hesitate to take on your cross-functional responsibility by supporting or advising your colleagues within your area of expertise. You also participate in the process to further professionalize a fast-growing company through your input, insights and daily energy

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCESS and SKILLS
  • Operational management experience within in a retail, leisure or hospitality environment
  • Strong skills in building relationships with the ability to influence and achieve results
  • Leading spirit, strong management skills and hands-on operator
  • Experience with centre management and property management Financial and budgeting knowledge
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Affinity with Marketing
  • Analytical minded and Problem Solving Attitude
  • Strict and friendly, Ready for Action and Personal Engagement
  • Reliability, confidentiality and loyalty are required
PROFILE
  • speaking with very good knowledge of French and English
  • degree
  • 5 years in similar functions
  • are flexible and have a commercial attitude
  • are enterprising (hands on), able to tackle problems, files / projects
  • handle your work in a result-oriented way, taking into account safety, risks, quality requirements and mandates of the owners.
