You are the Country Marketing Manager within the Belgian Master franchise (MAF). You oversee projects, the Marketing MAF team and the marketing strategy for Belgium.

Key responsibilities
  • Implement and oversee the marketing strategy in Belgium
  • Overseeing resources, costs and budget amongst projects and the invoicing of the franchisees
  • Generate marketing campaigns and strategies to create awareness and lead generation
  • Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish
  • Supervising of the Marketing Agency within the country
  • Maintains marketing department by recruiting, managing and training the marketing team.
  • Analyze and negotiate with supplier/ partners and secure agreements
  • Create, maintain and implement marketing processes to best answer clients' and business needs
  • Work in collaboration with the Franchisor’s marketing department
  • Responsible for the implementation of the brand, marketing guidelines and strategy of the Group. Report on marketing performance and activities in Belgium
Must have
  • Master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Dutch is your native language and you are fluent in French
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • An excellent knowledge of marketing campaign management.
  • Excellent leadership and organizing skills
  • Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Strong project management and people management
  • Strong drive for results
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Works efficiently and calmly tight deadlines or other stress factors
  • Familiar with financial planning (able to develop budgets)
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
