GRI Hospitality heads for Paris

GRI Hospitality Europe 2019 will take place on 11th -12th September at the
InterContinental Paris le Grand hotel, 2 rue Scribe, 75009 Paris. This is just alongside the Opera.

GRI Hospitality Europe 2019 is a get-together of senior investors, lenders and developers active in the hospitality market in Europe. It features dedicated discussions focused on product selection, disruptive trends, the macro state of hospitality investments globally along with understanding capital flows into all of Europe’s hospitality assets and the current hotspots for investors, lenders.

Among topics to be discussed, for example, are ‘Investing & lending for Hospitality Assets – Stalled cycle or time to experiment?’, ‘Place Making & Mixed Use - Is bigger always better value-add?’, Service, ‘Lifestyle & Leisure - Future of all, master of none?’ and more.
The organisers point out that this year GRI Hospitality Europe is located within Europe GRI, the pan-European conference for senior investors, developers and lenders active in the Real Estate industry. Within this context, registered attendees to GRI Hospitality Europe will be automatically allowed to take part to GRI Europe as well.
