Deka Immobilien adds the Silver Tower to its assets

The 40,000 m² of offices of the Silver tower under construction in Brussels North district, will accommodate 2,000 civil servants of the Brussels Region (SPRB). Ghelamco, its developer, has announced that it has sold the building to the German Deka Immobilien fund for an amount approaching 200 million Euros. On the basis of the 18-year long-term lease contract negotiated with the Region, the new owner will obtain a yield of 3.25%. The Silver Tower, built under the supervision of CIT Blaton, is now completely closed. It has to be delivered to the regional administration before the end of the year.
