In the middle of March, Allianz left its former premises on the Place De Brouckère to move into one of the Möbius towers, which symbolize the regeneration of the North District, and which are also now a symbol of the cultural transformation of the enterprise. The individual offices of the former HQ are a thing of the past, as the 1,200 members of the personnel of Allianz move towards activity based working, and thus during the course of the day select the workstation which is best suited to the task they have to accomplish.

In this report, illustrated by a large photo gallery, Renaut Fayt , in charge of the layout project for the Möbius tower, reveals how the project was born and talks us through how the project was managed with specialised partner Colliers International, who were mandated with the conception and layout of the 25,000 m² of offices of the Môbius tower.
