SpaceWell makes a major step forward towards self-regulating and truly autonomous buildings

With the acquisition of DEXMA and its AI-Powered Energy Intelligence Software, Spacewell is in a good position to assist companies in an efficient and automated energy management , and as a consequence, reduce the carbon emissions of the buildings they occupy.

Last week, the European Comission reached anb agreement withy all state memebers to raise the 2030 climate change goal it means reducing the carbone emissions from 35 % (initial goal) to 50 %. Further more the EU set the objective of a global carbon neutrality by 2050. This impacts particularly the energy management d buildings as, according to the global status report by the United Nations, buildings account for 30 percent of final energy use and 28 percent of global carbon emissions.

Now, with the DEXMA AI prowered energy intelligence software, the company will be the first to present a combined offering for smart building, facility and energy management.
