‘Triomphe 172’ office building in Auderghem is to be converted for residential use
Strategically located at the entry to Brussels from the E 411 in Auderghem, the ‘Triomphe 172 building is now the subject of a new company and of a new strategy. Anne-Catherine Galetic and Thérècia Landell, in collaboration with the Peterbroeck et de Montjoye families as 50% fund providers, are set to redevelop the building. Currently home to Europe Assistance and to real estate advisors De Crombrugghe & Partners, the building is being sold by Patrizia AG.
The general philosophy is to develop a mixed use district in conjunction with Thomas & Piron, who are owners of the two adjacent buildings located at numbers 174 and 176. Predominantly residential, other functions will in all probability include retail, a hotel, restaurants and cafes…
