Following more than 15 years as CEO of Luxembourg real estate broker en consultant Inowai, Vincent Bechet is stepping down (or perhaps up, depending on how the move is interpreted) to become Executive President of the company. His replacement, in a move which is already effective, is Jean-Nicolas Montrieux.

The objective of the new CEO will be, among others, to ‘succeed in our digital transformation and seize the opportunities allied to the digital element, in a real estate world undergoing change’. Jean-Nicolas Montrieux states: “Over recent years, real estate has adapted to new living habits. Shops are reinventing themselves to adapt to on-line trading, offices and residential accommodation are transforming themselves into places where people meet. New technologies have not left our world behind, they represent a tremendous opportunity for our profession and are without doubt going to enable us to revolutionize the experience we offer to our clients. This client experience will from now on be our company project, our vision”.

Of the latest move, Vincent Bechet comments that it is a ‘strategic evolution in line with the new policy of the company’. He says that along with the new functions he assumes as Executive President, he will use his energy to promote Inowai and to maintain relationships with certain major accounts which have shown confidence in him for several years or even decades. Alongside the change of CEO, Inowai has also appointed Marc Baertz as CFO and Tehdi Babigeon as Sales Director.

Inowai formerly Property Partners, was founded in 2000. The company quickly established itself as one of the leaders in commercial real estate consultancy in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.Today, Inowai has more than 60 employees across nine business lines: Office Agency, Retail & Industrial Agency, Capital Markets, Property Management, Project Management, Valuation, Residential Agency, Residential Property Management, Marketing.
