Developer Befimmo has applied for a permit to reconvert the building in Brussels which has been for the past 40 years, up to 2017, the place where Belgian coins were minted. The plans set out by Befimmo would see this long building along the Boulevard Pachéco transformed into offices (9,428 m²), shops (1,151 m²) on the ground floor, and a number of apartments (1,051 m²).
