Atenor first entry onto the London market


Following a public tender, Atenor has agreed with the City of London Corporation the ‘Head of Terms’ to acquire a long leasehold interest for a 5,000 m² office building – ‘Fleet House’ – located in a prime location (New Bridge Street) to the east side of central London, at its border with the City. The ‘Fleet House’ building is currently occupied by: Amazon, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, Saatchi & Saatchi and Unilever.

Both parties are now working towards a legally binding agreement, after due diligence, within the next 60 days. Within this context, Atenor has also entered into an agreement with Elia Capital, represented by Stéphan Gaude, to manage and develop the company’s activities on the London market.

Atenor already has a presence in nine different EU countries and 16 cities, with 34 large-scale projects representing a portfolio of around 1,330,000 m². With this first development project in London, Atenor will round off the first phase of its international expansion strategy with a presence in ten countries.
