Permit granted for 'Bois d'Arlon', the new Golf and wellness resort


Luxembourg businessman Roby Schintgen, owner of the 220 hectares estate of Château du Bois d'Arlon, aims to develop on the site two golf courses, a 4-star hotel with 64 rooms, a wellness center, a fitness center and a brasserie. The city of Arlon has now granted the single permit for these real estate developments, which also includes the construction of 14 lodges on the site. The investment is estimated at 20 million Euros.

Work will be able to begin. Alinea Ter architecture and A3 architecture bureau are in the process for building it. Opening will normally be within two years from now.
