Kasper Deforche heads JLL Belux

One of the most important positions in the Belgian real estate advisory world has just been filled. Following a period of transition after the departure of Jean-Philip Vroninks to become CEO of developer Befimmo, JLL has now announced that Kasper Deforche is to be the new CEO for Belgium and Luxembourg.

Kasper Deforche was formerly CEO of Wereldhave Belgium where he was responsible for the company’s strategy in a fast changing retail world. He was also previously in charge of Retail and Residential at AG Real Estate. Of his appointment, Kasper Deforche says that he is delighted to be joining JLL at a time when remarkable changes and opportunities are defining the real estate sector. He speaks of helping clients through sustainable growth and innovative thinking. Charles Boudet, who is CEO of JLL France and has been undertaking the role temporarily for the Belux, points to the experience of Kasper Deforche as an advantage for the company in ensuring new perspectives.
