Eiffage Benelux and its subsidiaries, Valens and Eiffage Development will relocate in Brussels, more precisely in Auderghem avenue Demey 66. The new headquarter of the three combined entities - named ‘The Source’ - is an ambitious renovation project of the existing building to be carried out with the support of R²D² architectural bureau.

Thierry Collard, Managing Director of Eiffage Development, underlines:“With the completion of this real estate project, Eiffage Development reaffirms its ambition as a key player in real estate development. Our Builder-Promoter DNA is fully expressed through “The Source”. The architectural design combining energy frugality, low-carbon solutions and technical innovations will be a showcase of our know-how in urban planning, economics and the environment. »

The choice of location was dictated by the Group's desire to maintain a strong foothold in Brussels, in the Delta district that will undergo a complete metamorphosis in the coming years to be more in harmony with the surrounding places and living environment. The Group's companies intend to integrate harmoniously by favoring soft forms of mobility thanks to the proximity of a dense public transport network which includes the Demey metro station located just 200 meters away.

The end of the works and the move are scheduled for the end of 2024.
