The developer has now announced that an agreement has been signed with a leading global services company for the leasing of the entire campus. In line Atenor’s ESG vision, the campus will meet the highest environmental and comfort standards. What is described by Atenor as the ‘ingenious architecture and groundbreaking design’ of the buildings, will reflect the new ways of working. Sustainable, smart and innovative, the project will be aligned, from design to operation, to meet EU norms and be ready for the low-carbon economy envisaged by 2050.

The team of architects comprising Moreno Architecture and A2M Architecture has been mandated with the design, which is conceived to meet the ambitions of the program and its environmental and urban stakes. Composed of 4 buildings, the campus merges into the urban fabric through walking areas, rest and work areas. It harmonizes with the existing landscape qualities within the interior of the site.

The building permit will be submitted during the first half of 2022. In accordance with its business model, Atenor has confirmed that it will offer this project for sale as soon as it receives the building permits.
