Cofinimmo further divests with the sale of office buildings

Cofinimmo Offices, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cofinimmo, announces having signed private agreements relating to the divestment of three office buildings in the decentralised area of Brussels: Souverain 36, Herrmann-Debroux 44-46 and Woluwe 62. The sale price of all three buildings amounts to approximately 52 million EUR.

Jean-Pierre Hanin, CEO of Cofinimmo, comments : “With the future divestment of these buildings, we further implement our strategy in the office segment. This consists in improving the overall balance of the office portfolio by reducing the share of assets in the decentralised area of Brussels ".

Developer e-maprod acquired the office building located 36 Boulevard du Souverain (8,310 m2) and the one located avenue Hermann Debrouxx 44-46 (9,700 m2), both buildings located in Auderghem. The third building located 62 Boulevard de la Woluwe (3,300 m2) has been sold to developer Galika Human Estate. Together with Burco Real Estate and Auxiliaire de Gérance, Galika will convert the office building facing Chateau Matou in a residential project of outstanding quality.

JLL Belux Capital Markets team has advised Cofinimmo Offices SA/NV with the signing of the three private agreements, in collaboration with Belsquare for the sale of Souverain 36 and Boulevard de la Woluwe 62.
