What can the real estate industry expect in the coming year? This Thursday 10th November, during a morning conference organised in Brussels by ULI Belgium/ Luxembourg with Pwc the results of the study [Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2023] will be presented. This will include the top-ranked real estate markets for the year to come.

After a welcome speech by Gabriel Uzgen, CEO, BESIX RED and Chair, ULI Belgium & Luxembourg, Experts will highlight how structural changes in the real estate industry are disrupting the real estate property types and services, shifting the markets and pointing to an inevitable transformation of business models and strategy.

As Belgian real estate faces increased uncertainty due to weaknesses in the region's economic, social and political fabric, how does industry need to adapt to navigate the ongoing challenges? What are the most significant challenges and opportunities? How are real estate businesses doubling down on their sustainability drive?

Economic projections for Belgium and the impact on Real estate will be highlighted by Geert Langenus, Macroeconomist of the National Bank of Belgium. Industry leaders Stéphan Sonneville, CEO of Atenor; Jean-Pierre Hanin, CEO of Cofinimmo and Lisette Van Doorn, CEO of ULI Europe will discuss the changes, challenges and opportunities of the real estate Industry in Belgium and Luxembourg.
