New chapter for Artone

Founded in 2014 by Paul-Eduard Aubry and Baudouin Mathieu, Artone has today under development around 900 housing units, mainly in Brussels. The company is currently also prospecting in Flanders and Wallonia, whether in Namur, Liège, Mons or Charleroi. It does not rule out being active in the office market, as it was the case in Namur in the station district with the Combattants building sold to Belfius.
The partnership created with the Brownfields investment fund has clearly given them additional financial capacity to buy disused sites for conversion. Today a new chapter begins because the two founders separated in January. The shareholding of Artone is consequently modified with the Lhoist brothers acquiring 50% of the shares .
