Alides expands its footprint in the European district
INVESTMENT The real estate investor and developer Alides, has just completed the acquisition, in collaboration with Cofinimmo, of the long lease rights to a prime office building located on Rue de la Loi 57, in the heart of the European district. The building, situated adjacent to Alides' existing Copernicus building on the rue de la Loi, adds to the company's growing portfolio of prime properties. It consists of 10,300 m2 of office space, 400 m2 of archives and 97 parking spaces. The offices are fully let to Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLLP.

In the European district Alides has already other properties such as the neighbouring ‘Copernicus’ building which is let to the European Commission and the development projects such as the Montoyer 34 and Commerce 44.
