Sébastien Giordano is to be the new head of JLL Belux

The real estate adviser JLL has just announced the appointment of Sébastien Giordano as head of JLL Belux. From 1st September, he will be the new Country Leader for Belgium and Luxembourg. He will take over from Kasper Deforche, who has held this position for two years. Kasper Deforche will be leaving the company. He has ensured the transition in an office market undergoing major changes, where the occupier has taken over the lead.

Sébastien Giordano is currently Head of Project & Development Services at JLL Belux. He is highly involved in ESG policies and, together with JLL's experts, will be working to anticipate changes in the sector in order to ensure the long-term future of their clients' assets and secure their investments.

Sébastien Giordano's appointment follows shortly after that of Emna Rekik as Country Lead and Head of Markets for Luxembourg.
