Vincent Beck appointed as the new CEO of CODIC International
People on the move For Codic, one of Belgium's major property developers, an important turning point since its creation in 1970 is going to happen. Thierry Behiels, current CEO of CODIC International who occupied this position for 25 years now, is to retire on 1st March 2024 and hand over the reins to Vincent Beck, current Managing Director of CODIC Luxembourg, who has been with the group for 10 years. At the request of the Board of Directors, Thierry Behiels will become Senior Advisor to Codic International.* Today CODIC International is the parent company of subsidiaries in Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, France, Hungary and Romania.
In 50 years, CODIC has developed more than 2 million m2 of buildings. Recent emblematic buildings in Brussels include the Passeport and Gateway buildings at Brussels National Airport - now the headquarters of KPMG, Deloitte and Microsoft -, the 'Chancelier' office building nearing completion in the historic heart of Brussels, and the Royal-Hamilius shopping centre in Luxembourg City designed by internationally renowned architect Foster and Partners.
