Boost for the ‘Au fil des Grand prés’ neighbourhood development

Developer Atenor has announced ttoday that it has secured all the necessary permits to build of 359 apartments, spread across 11 buildings in the 'Au fil des Grand prés’ neighbourhood. Designed by several well-known architectural firms - Urban Platform, Syntaxe architecture, A2M Architecture, the various style of the buildings will fit into a secure park crossed by a cycle-pedestrian path.
The new eco-friendly area is well located between “Les Grands Prés” shopping centre and the “Jardin des Expositions”, a 2,8 hectares public park newly constructed along the riverbank beside the brand new Calatrava train station.
For the build, energy efficiency is of course prioritized, with all residences aiming for a PEB A -10% rating, and most expected to attain A+ certification.
