CBRE Luxembourg sets priority on ESG advisory

ESG has become a major focus for owners, investors, property developers, and occupiers. Anna Scipio del Campo is appointed to lead CBRE Luxembourg's advisory services on all aspects of ESG and sustainable development.
Her analysis for developers and corporate clients will include assessing and minimizing the life-cycle carbon impacts of newly constructed or renovated buildings. Her intervention can aim to decarbonise a whole portfolio of assets.
